We recommend planning 2-4 weeks in advance, especially for night visits and larger groups. However, we can often accommodate same-week requests based on educator availability. Peak times (school holidays and summer months) require earlier planning.

All our educators are certified in CPR and first aid. We maintain small group sizes for better supervision, use child-safe equipment, and follow strict safety protocols around all aquatic exhibits. Children must be accompanied by adults at all times during the experience.

Yes! We specialize in creating inclusive experiences for children with autism, ADHD, sensory processing differences, and physical disabilities. Our educators are trained in adaptive learning techniques and we can modify activities to meet each child's needs and comfort level.
